Shipments

WeeDiamo delivers and ships throughout Italy with no minimum order thresholds.


We manage the delivery ourselves within 1 hour in the municipality of Florence and during the day, after 8pm and by appointment, in the municipalities of Bagno a Ripoli , Fiesole , Scandicci and Sesto Fiorentino with delivery between 6pm and 10pm .

1. Delivery in Florence is always free with no minimum thresholds.

2. Delivery in neighboring municipalities ( Bagno a Ripoli , Fiesole , Scandicci and Sesto Fiorentino ) without minimum spending thresholds costs:

  • €3.50 for orders of at least €30;
  • €7.00 for orders under €30.

3. Shipments in Italy within 24/48/72 hours are entrusted to Postini Fiorentini .

4. All Standard shipments (48h or 72h) are free for orders over €39 .


Attention!
Only orders placed before 3.00 pm on weekdays can be processed during the day, those placed after 3.00 pm will be processed the following working day.
Once dispatched to the courier, each shipment can take from 1 to 4 working days to be delivered based on the logistics of the courier and the delivery area (non-remote areas 1/2 days, remote areas 3/4 days).
For example : an order placed from a non-remote area, within 3 pm from Monday to Thursday, will probably be delivered the day following the order itself, except for public holidays or unforeseen events.
We provide a tracking number for all shipments and carefully track each shipment to ensure fast delivery , always assisting our customers.

Municipality of Florence:

  • We carry out the FREE delivery service every day from 12 to 24
  • Delivery times: within 1 hour
  • Minimum Order Required: No Threshold
  • Method of Payment: all major payment cards , Paypal , bank transfer , cash on delivery


Municipalities of Bagno a Ripoli, Fiesole, Scandicci and Sesto Fiorentino:

  • We carry out the delivery service every day until 10pm . The service costs €3.50 for orders over €30, €7.00 for orders under €30.

Italy (except islands and remote areas):

  • Express Courier (1 to 4 work days): FREE for orders over €39.00
  • Express Courier (1 to 4 work days): €5.50 for orders under €39.00
  • Payment method: all major payment cards , Paypal , bank transfer , cash on delivery (for this service €5 will be added to the order cost to be paid to the courier at the time of collection)
*orders placed by 3p.m. will be fulfilled the same day and possibly arrive the next day, unless it is or the following days are weekends and/or holidays.

Remote Islands and Provinces**:

  • Express Courier (1 to 4 work days): FREE for orders over €39.00
  • Express Courier (1 to 4 work days): €5.50 for orders under €39.00
  • Payment method: all major payment cards , Paypal , bank transfer , cash on delivery (for this service €5 will be added to the order cost to be paid to the courier at the time of collection)
